Stylish Rock Stars: BALZAC
Hey does anyone know Balzac? They sound a whole lot like the Misfits, and they often have ridiculously bad english lyrics with uninteligible Japanese accents on them, but they are nonetheless quite good. Even better are the Balzac action figures.
Unfortunately, the material they used for the bodies was terrible and they snap like toilet paper. I replaced the bodies of these guys. Here they are telling the Cybone from Mad Capsule Markets (only in Japan can you have a name like that for a band) who's boss.

"Media speculates his date of birth is July 4, 1971 or 1973, but this is unknown since Gackt claims to be a vampire born July 4, 1540."
Egads. Alot Japanese kids take themselves way too seriously. Kind of like Goths over here.

Re: Stylish Rock Stars: BALZAC
I'm a freakin HUGE Balzac fan, I was just never able to afford the RAH they have. I have a VCD of the Skullman they did, they're a great marketing band. And they're bad "Engrish" is part of the charm. But the music and harmonizing is the best part. Plus they have great figures, even though they don;t work with Medicom as much anymore, they mainly work with Secret Base now.

I'll try ti give gakt a listen - where would I find a sample?
Yeah Balzac is making those motionless cartoon secret base figures. Really don't like that stuff at all. Oh well, it's taking me long enough to save for the three medicom figures! Don't need anymore of those!!
