Re: Comics- The Good The Bad and The Ugly
A good example of the insane pricing below for a copy of Captain America 25

Re: Comics- The Good The Bad and The Ugly
That aint bad! Last Wed. they both went for $100 on eBay.
I'm stoked for the last issue of Spider-Man: Reign, it's so underrated, it's awesome though! It's totally being eclipsed by things like Civil War, but it's a great mini series.
I don't think anything else came out this week I want...oh yeah, Wormwood: Gentleman Corpse.

Re: Comics- The Good The Bad and The Ugly
Didn't take Marvel long to press the reset button on that then.
I have to admit recently with comics, I've been coming away from Marvel (my fave company for years) and getting more and more into DC's stuff.
At the minute I'm reading their new weekly series Countdown (which is a bit slow going and requires you to know an awful lot about what else is happening in the DCU) but I'm enjoying it, especially the Trickster and Pied Piper arc.
I'm also reading Dini's run on Detective Comics which takes me back to the BTAS of my youth, very simple but effective stories, no long arcs just single issue stories and two parters, but still well worth checking out if you like Batman.
I finally got around to reading Identity Crisis as well last night by Brad Meltzer, couldn't put it down and ended up reading it cover to cover.
Gonna start catching up with his current run on JLA now

I like his run. It's totally different from the awesome Morrison 90's run but still very good but stylistically different. Since you liked I.C. then you'll like his current run.

Re: Comics- The Good The Bad and The Ugly
Yeah from what I've read about it it sounds like I'll enjoy it and apparently Luthor and the Legion Of Doom are gonna be used in an upcoming arc.

Re: Comics- The Good The Bad and The Ugly
The series Alex Ross is doing as I undertsand it and spoilers here folks.
Cap will not be returing to the Marvel Universe in this book. It seems as though Cap and the oringal defnenders from WWII will be comming into the present day or some crap like that.
DC's best books right now and I mean best as in go read this stuff NOW is Green Lanten. Pick up the Sinestro Corps special and pick up every issue of Green Lantern and Green Lantern Corps that has come out since then. This is much better then any crap Marvel is doing right now. Its better then the main event DC has going right now as well.
