Last TV Show Or Movie You Really Enjoyed
When was the last time you REALLY enjoyed a TV show and I don't just mean thought it was good, I mean got totally lost in the plot.
How about the last time you lost track of time watching a movie because you were just so involved in the plot and totally gripped by it.
Only two shows have managed it for me in the recent years one was Justice League Unlimited and a number of episodes from their Cadmus arc.
The other was the Dr Who episodes Impossible Planet/The Satan Pit, it's another show that delivers at least two episodes a series that blow your mind.
Movie wise, I'd say the last flick that had me absolutely gripped from beginning to end was Batman Begins, haven't seen much since that entertained me that much.
Fingers crossed for Spider-Man 3

Superman Returns and The Office. Supes just flew by for me, didn't seem like 2 1/2 hours to me. The Office always seems to be like a ten minute show cause it keeps me glued to the screen, funny stuff.

Do you watch this particular show through a telescope in an empty house with a box of cherry glazed doughnuts by your side....
..... cos there are laws against that

Re: Last TV Show Or Movie You Really Enjoyed
1977, I was 10 years old, a little movie called Star Wars. Since then there have been some great films, Alien, Blade Runner, Withnail and I and the LOTR trilogy to name but a few. But nothing, absolutely nothing has transported my mind the way Star Wars did all those years ago. And I'm with Vice, pretty much all TV just rots your brain.
Can't remember the last time a movie really got to me (LOTR was close). I'm not a total cynic, I thoroughly enjoyed Spidey 1+2 and Batman Returns was a pretty spectacular, I love loads of films and have a mahoosive DVD collection. but thats my truthful answer, I guess my age along with a mostmodern sensibility means I end up analysing everything and see plot holes when I should just let go and enjoy the ride.
By te way I should appologise for my attrocious spelling, I'm also dyslexic!
