Sideshow Modified Bodies Comming
I know over at the freaks board this is called "new bodies" but since Sideshow is only imporiving the art s buck so far I think modified is a more apropriate term. Glad to hear Padme will have a new hip joint the current art s hip joint looks like ass.

This explains why Leia has been delayed so long. Sideshow was aware that thier female body is in serius need of work. Hopefully the male body is next if they can at leats fix that stupid hip joint I'm sure they'd make some folks happy.

Sideshow have been promising new bodies for a while and I think the problems with the SW line has really highlighted the need for them and soon.
Hopefully they'll bring out something that will allow for awesome poses, then all they need to do is work on the paint apps to raise the standard.

Modifying their existing bodies is the typical cheap ass copout that I expected from SSC when they should just bite the bullet and start from scratch. Maybe the modifications will improve poseability but if the figures attire isn't also improved to fit the bodies better then the improvements won't mean a damn thing,though I'm sure the price will still continue to rise.

I think modifying the female body is ok as there doesnt tend to be that much of a diffrence in overall shape of female bodies. They just need to work on the joints.
The male bodies however are in desperate need of being fully replaced.

actually the bodies are becoming easier to the hands off and the heads. we all remember when it was a !@#$ to get one of the heads off of a sideshow body.
