Montreal School Shooting
Normally I'd be the last person to bring up such a horrific subject however this one hit too close to home for me. Today at 1pm a guy in black trench coat with a semi automatic rifle shot and injured 19 people and killed 1 other girl at Dawson College in downtown montreal. Not only is this 10 minutes from where I work but I went to school there last semester and had full intention if returning this semester until I was not accepted into my new program. This was a horrible tragedy and I am in shock that this happened. My thoughts are with the vitctims 8 of whom are in critical condition. Thank to fast Police intervention this situation was handled quickly and all things considered was considerably less devistating then it could have been....Anyway thanks for reading I just needed to type this up post it somewhere help work though the shock.

Re: Montreal School Shooting
Yeah I guess it's luck or fate either way. I hope the 8 that went into the hospital in critical condition make it out alright. 1 person dead from his pyscopath is more then enough.

Re: Montreal School Shooting
did that psycho have a motive? I don't understand how someone could be so messed up in the head to do that, or those kind of stuff.

Re: Montreal School Shooting
No he went in and starting shooting randomly at objects and then people once the police showed up. He had no specfic targets which makes this all that much worse. It wasnt like he went in there looking for specific people in which case at least some sense could be made of this whole thing. This guy was just a pysco who decided to shoot up a school.

Re: Montreal School Shooting
Why does this kind of thing keep happening?
It happened in Scotland a few years ago, then in Colombine and now this. I'm sorry if this sounds heartless but if some nutcase wants to shoot himself, why can't he do it in his own home away from other people?
The other 8 people injured had no involvement with this guy and were just going about their business trying to get an education. Now they're in hospital for it, that makes me mad as well as sad.

Re: Montreal School Shooting
It happens beacuse there is no good gun control. What buisness does a civilian have with a semi automatic weapon? it happens beacuse no one learns from previous incidents and become more prepared for such things. 19 people are in the hospital now 1 girl is dead. 8 of the 19 are in critical condition 2 of which are on life support.
