How do you contact DC Direct?

I am hoping there is someone who might have had a problem with a DC Direct product in the past and knows how to contact them. I won an auction online for the 13" Martian Manhunter. Once I received the figure I found that I had received a figure with 2 left fists.

I wanted to contact DC Direct's customer service but their online way of contacting them is basically you send them an e-mail and they post an answer if they answer it at all. They do not send a reply e-mail, they just post a response. I would like to send a proper e-mail to the proper department that can help me get a replacement and I was wondering if anyone here could help. Thank you

you may have to contact the seller since no one ever deals directly with DC Direct. Most stores order from the preivews catalog and Diamond does all the middleman stuff. Unless there is a custom service number on the package itself.

Okay, that makes sense. Thanks for the info. I won the figure on Ebay and was hoping I wouldn't have to go through them since they messed up the original order.
Thanks for your help.
