Re: Lupin the 3rd (Ver. 2.0) - Medicom Stylish Collection

I have him and so does Hunter D1.

Hunter D1 posted nice pics of him, but I forget where. I've never done a photo shoot of mine. It's really one of the jewels of my collection, along with Cagliostro Goemon.

I'll be happy to take some pics of him for you when I have some time, check back in a week or so!

It wasn't easy getting him, that's for sure.

If you want it right away, your best bet would be to contact a middle man service in Japan. Someone like Tokyo Hunter or Yokatta Shopping Service (just google Yokatta toys or Tokyo Hunter toys). Then email them and see if they can get it for you. It wouldn't be very expensive either (around $150-ish).

Surely a line I'd love to collect. I'm afraid it's impossible to catch up though. I tried a couple of times, but that was before I knew how many figures there were already released! So, perhaps I get lucky one day, and get a good deal on the set! Wishful thinking emoticon

Alice Adrenochrome, for me anyway, the must haves of the set are the Castle of Cagliostro Jigen, and Goemon. As for Lupin, you would choose between the Ver. 2.0 (comes in the see thru box) or the Cagliostro version, whichever your preference on the head sculpt.

I also have Kage (the ninja) from Cagilostro, and Fujiko Mine from Cagliostro (the blonde version with the army outfit) and I also have the Princess (I forget her name right now). The two ladies have very little articulation, elbow and knee joints are non-existent, just a cut joint to the neck, shoulders and hips. They are like VCDs.

[sign in to see URL] Kaido, you have all the character from the caglio series than.

At this time i only have a few of Lupin series figure and both version of cowboy bebop (medicom) figure. Hopefully in future i can get some more of them.

Thanks for the references of the middle man emoticon

I have used TokyoHunter services before(he got the same ebay id right?), very busy seller but good services.

I was getting Tetsujin Silver Chogokin version from him (now, i don't know what to do with it) as i'm starting to collect 12" figure now. emoticon

Kaido: thanks for the advice!

cub3k: Seems like a cool Tetsujin to me! Why not collect both, Chogokin and 12" figures? That's what I do, and I have quite some Chogokin bots that I think are fantastic!! I only collect those that really mean something to me like the NGE Eva's, Tetsujin & Black Ox, Grandizer (that I originally knew as Goldorak).
At this point I'm still looking for the Red Eva (Asuka's). For some reason I never bought it when it was affordable, and now it is just too expensive. I wonder why all these people are so obsessed by that red Eva... All the other Eva's are equally nice!
Reminds me I must take pictures of my 12" NGE's! emoticon
Oeps... sorry for derailing the thread!!!

Yep you're right Alice Adrenochrome, Silver Tetsujin is really cool... I would love to get the Black Ox as well but somehow always get distracted by other 12" figure on the list.

Please do show the 'NGE' picture emoticon (as a newbie i'm very happy to see other's collection)

Sorry too.. a bit outside of the topic emoticon

Feel free to show off pics of your other toys, Medi World is a general toy chat site! I haven't bought chogokin's in a while myself. However, I do collect the Full Metal Panic Robot Damashii figures by Bandai.

What's the NGE Evas? Can't wait to find out from you guys!
