It's hard to rate the HS. It captures Jackie Chan very well but we all know Jackie as a comedian/action hero.. and you have to admit that 90% of the time the guy is sporting a smile or a goofy look on his face, but sometimes an expression can make or break a headsculpt. You really have to ask yourself if you would want a replica of Jackie with his eyes scrunched up and tongue hanging out or a serious pre-fight face? I really think they should keep this one.... besides we have enough of those goofy expressions from Dragon.

Well... this is supposed to be from Drunken Master 2 where he played Wong Fei Hong (i know.. wtf emoticon )Anyways, he was less of a goof ball in this movie.

I think this head sculpt looks more like he did in his late 80's look during the "Police Story" parts 1-3 look. By the time he made the 4th one he already became the Jackie we all know. So this guy needs a change a clothes, and it will look fine.

:sweat wow.. didn't realize how much i knew about him.. i'm not even a big fan emoticon

HA!.. well Jackie has too much exposure worldwide... it's really not your fault. no one has to be an enthusiast to know this guy. If you ask me.. they should've went with the original Drunken Master Jackie Chan.. the younger version... it only makes sense because Bruce Lee was still alive back then.

Sometimes I go to China on the weekends, and pretty often they play some old school Jackie Chan movies from the 80's on a few channels.

I usually end up watching a good portion.. and i'm pretty impressed. emoticon Like... i always think.. "wow.. i almost forgot he was pretty respectable when he was young"

That was all before the "HEY WAIT ! I'm nice guy.. why you guys hit me?" stereotype he kinda grew into. emoticon **then 10 wounded guys lie on the floor in pain while he skimps away**

Anways... if they are making this into a SERIES i might wait and see what else come out. If they are gonna only make this one.. then.. i might get it.

yeah.. I'm not too keen on buying a whole series of figures. I usually just buy a version I believe is the definitive on and move on... like the bruce lee figure... got myself the g.o.d. and no more Bruces no matter how much better the ETDone is.

Drunken Master 2 Jackie wouldn't be a bad entry to my collection.. a lot of people really like that movie... but I definitely don't like that haircut of his.. The most baddass I've seen him was in Forbidden Kingdom... those braids just wiped the goofyness off of him.

Gotta agree with u, its like Jackie Chan movies all used the same formulas.

Goofy guy gets into some unwanted situation then does many death defying stunts , one man fight against 10 or more ppl and he will always survives.

It gets kinda boring after all these years of watching his movies.

It's weird, I have 500+ DVDs, and for the life of me I don't think a single one of them is Jackie Chan's, actually! I have some Chow Yun Fat, some Jet Li, all the Bruce Lees, but Jackie gets no love in my collection!
