Can't complain though, in only 1 day got my starting asking price (250 US$), and I'm very close to 500$ with almost 4 days to spare. It's incredible how something that I bought, that wasn't very popular to start with (when I bought it, they still had Michaels in stock in Toys2, it had been like that, since the day the figure came out), can change in a month to something so valuable and desired.nondisclosed_email@example.com (rarra92)Sat, 11 Jul 2009 18:57:27 +0000 Re: HT - M-ICON- MIS06 Michael Jackson- full spec + hi-res picshttps://bmedicom.runboard.com/p299621,from=rss#post299621https://bmedicom.runboard.com/p299621,from=rss#post299621quote:rarra92 wrote: I consider myself a long time fan of Michael Jackson. Please feel free to move me somewhere else if this is true. in my honest opinion rarra, it is a worthwhile sale to actually put MJ on ebay. because for starters, there'd be another MJ on the way, and this rise in price is not due to the limited edition of the figure but just a surge due to his untimely death.... financially speaking, its the best option to sell it now before the announcement of another MJ, however since you're an MJ fan, you may consider the sentimental value it has to you, though i do believe in time you'd be able to get this mj back at a better price...nondisclosed_email@example.com (Reavengeance)Thu, 09 Jul 2009 08:48:15 +0000 Re: HT - M-ICON- MIS06 Michael Jackson- full spec + hi-res picshttps://bmedicom.runboard.com/p299616,from=rss#post299616https://bmedicom.runboard.com/p299616,from=rss#post299616No problems Rarra, post anything you like! I think you have a tough (but good) decision. Do you sell something that is special to you? Everything has its price, no matter how special it is, right? If I were you, I'd look and think about whether this is the MJ for you. HT may after all be releasing another MJ soon and so if you were thinking of selling now's the time. I have the rest on vinyl, but thought it would be nice to upgrade. But everywhere online is completely sold out here in the UK too! I thought that once the concerts started MJ might see a massive surge in record sales. I thought good for him, it'll help clear some debt. Sadly his record sales have surged for the worst reason. But at least a whole new generation will be hearing his music and loving it. As for a fig, I agree, a BAD version would be brilliant too. That was the first MJ album I heard aged 4. I agree 100%. The iconography of the Thriller zombie MJ is fun, light hearted, and dance inducing; I don't think it would be offensive if HT decided to bring it to life (no pun intended). It's thoughtful of you to consider the implications though, Master Monkey. If HT does go ahead with plans to make a 1/6 Thriller MJ, I hope they include two head sculpts like they did for the Harvey Dent/Two-Face figure.
