Re: Medicom DragonBall Z Figures

Hello everyone,
I scored recently a Goku for a great price on a flea market but it had the neck cracking problem.

I remembered reading something about it here, and how MEDICOM responded. So i contacted them and they replied quickly offering me a replacement neck. Wich is already great!
Weird thing is what they added to the their answer

"We will support you this time but please note that this will occure to the replacement parts we sent you and will not be able to support you the next."

I know the problem was fixed on the super sayan version so i wonder why Medicom would still ship faulty chest/neck? So i wondered if those who got medicom's or Sideshow's replacements have encountered the problem yet again?

Thanks

No idea, Olbertfrog, I have the regular Gokou and to date he has never had neck cracking issue. I live in a wet (rains all the time here in BC), but non-humid climate.

It may be a good idea to take the figure out and display for a while to 'air out' the figure, especially if you're living in a humid part of Europe.

I made a thread earlier today about the neck of medicom goku. I'm afraid to take him out for long because he has had no problems but I want to get one of those molded plastic necks for him, just can't figure out where to buy.
Also here I am ressurecting an old thread emoticon .--Log in or sign up to see linked image content--

No problem, resurrect all the dead threads you want!

Not many visitors here these days, I suspect many of us 'grow up' and have families and less time for the hobbies. I never left, but gotten busier with life and since not many people post here anymore, I only visit here occasionally now.

Since you resurrected this thread, I should mention to whoever is interested that I recently acquired Gohan with the Piccolo head from the secondary market. At long last I have a turban-less Piccolo figure, I'm very happy with it and it worth the money I paid.
