More on the TBLeague figure...
The plastic used is certainly very brittle... It's hard but once it bends a bit it breaks all the way.
Material used for the inner frame is a weakness, better ABS plastic mixture used should be sturdy but yet able to flex a little without breaking.
The silicone material used is certainly very stretchable, the weakness is the squarish pins holes holding the frame while the silicone was cast over the frame. This holes we filled later on with the same silicone, but they did not form proper bonding to the silicone torso. Many of these filled holes dissociates from the rubber torso, forming crack slits on the filled holes on the silicone torso.
Repairs to the elbows and knees can be performed without much damage to the silicone outer skin. Shoulder, hips and waist would be difficult to access to repair.....

Yes, it looks really fragile for sure...
Beast X, on a separate topic, can you tell me how I can repair a loose TrueType chest joint? It's the joint part between the chest and stomach; do you know what to do if it is really loose and wiggly?

I assume from your post you meant TT Male.
I've a solution:
Remove the 2 screws securing the abdomen at the back.
Crack the 2 halfs open.
Stuff extra rubber bits to the round holes that that's part of the socket holding a ball joint protruding from the chest. In effect sandwiching rubbery resistance to hold/provide resistance to the ball joint.
Reassemble the 2 halfs of the abdomen, replug the screw holes.

Thank you very much for your tip, Beast X!!!
I will try that sometime.
I think you should start a thread for yourself somewhere in the Hot Toys thread or customizing thread, called "Ask Dr. Beast X!"
