Nice pics as usual phantomzone, they perfectly demonstrate the difference in quality between Jakks & Mattel.

The Mattel Elite Kane & Chris Jericho have superb articulation without losing any of their visual appeal and the Jakks Brock [sign in to see URL] a complete mess, none of the parts look in proportion with one another.

thanks man

yeap.. brock is a total mess, but i bought it anyway coz i like brock emoticon

but i found that the articulation of mattel elite figures is not good
the movements are still very limited
such as cant spread the legs to split
cant do "big boot" coz the legs cant kick that high

upper body articulation are acceptable but lower body sucks...

I like Lesnar as a performer/athlete too, I think he's suprised a lot of people by coming from a "fake" sport to something like UFC and having great success.

Obviously his amateur wrestling background has helped but he's still had to learn a lot for MMA and unlike WWE he can't rely on buddies running in with chairs to KO his opponents so he's done admirably.

As for the Elite articulation that's a fair point, it's not perfect by any means but I think they've done a better job in terms of making the figures quite poseable whilst retaining the visual appeal so they look great on display.

I've just ordered a new figure, the Legends series 3 Vader which looks awesome.

I got Vader last week and he's probably my favorite Mattel Legend so far, they really captured him as he looked at his peak in WCW when he feuded with Cactus Jack & Sting and legit broke the back of a jobber with his powerbomb.

[sign in to see URL] in the US currently have Legends on sale at $[sign in to see URL] so I've asked a buddy to get me Rick Rude and Terry Funk from series 2 as even with shipping that should be cheaper than 1 usually costs me from UK import stores emoticon

I just ordered Ax & Smash from Legends series 4 as the import store I get my figures from has gotten some in stock.

When they get here I'm going to crack open all my Legends and take some [sign in to see URL] should also be getting the Ultimate Warrior from series 4 as well.

One present day figure I got recently was the Elite series 6 Goldust who's really well done.

I had a stomach bug recently which had me spending a weekend throwing up but aside from that I'm OK emoticon

I made a bit of cash from an ebay sale this week and have used it towards the following WWE figures,

SDCC Exclusive Ministry of Darkness Undertaker

Defining Moments series 1 "Macho Man" Randy Savage

Thanks man! my other 2 Detolfs are full of Transformers and I haven't got space on my shelves so the empty one I was saving for several custom 1:6 Doctor Who figures I've had in the works forever has ended up being used for wrestling figures as I couldn't leave them all unopened any longer.

Here's a couple more pics I took today,

Elite series 6 Goldust in his wig & robe,
--Log in or sign up to see linked image content--

--Log in or sign up to see linked image content--

Legends series 1 Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat with Toybiz NWA title belt and Legends series 3 Vader with Jakks WCW title belt,

I just have to open series 1 Steve Austin, SDCC Undertaker and the two I'm waiting for from a friend.

I may also be getting the 2 pack of the Bushwhackers soon emoticon
