Great Arcee pics, BCM!

It's really amazing how far 'knock off' TFs have come... these are even more faithful to the show and nicer than Hasbro's own offerings.

Glad you like them! emoticon

25 years after the character debuted in the original movie Hasbro have still not made a proper G1 style [sign in to see URL] and their affiliate who they're distributing it for have come up with one in a lot less time that give or take the odd thing looks like it stepped right out of the cartoon.

The poseability is really well done, there's a display stand included for more extreme poses but the figure is really well balanced even with those high heel style feet.

The chest piece is diecast but doesn't give the figure a top heavy feel like the first Masterpiece Prime mold and the toy still feels very light which is fitting for a slender female [sign in to see URL] she was built like a Dinobot it'd be a bit weird emoticon

All the joints are nice & tight and the lightpiping is really cool as there's clear plastic each side of the head and at the back so it looks really effective.

The transformation is pretty basic but works pretty well as the robot parts that are visible in car mode are well integrated and the other bits are hidden unless you turn the toy upside down.

The only minor issue I had was the fact that the wheels didn't roll too well but they do have rubber tyres which is a nice throwback to the G1 era.

I'll take some more pics tomorrow if it's a bit cooler outside as the weather here has been the hottest October we've ever had and I've been making the most of it.

I also got Dirge today who's another kickass figure so I'll try and get a few pics of him done as well.

I was going to add Kup, Rodimus & Wreck-Gar to that but I don't feel their modern figures look faithful enough to the cartoon to do so.

They cost me £[sign in to see URL] each which puts them at around $55 apiece.

So by 3rd party standards they're a bit cheaper than usual but still pricey compared to official [sign in to see URL] how bad you want a set of Classics style Insecticons really and at the moment these are the only option.
