Doubts about Lupin line, please help!!

Hi! i have a doubt about the different versions of some of the figures...
I have lots of 1/6 figures, but my first one on the "Lupin" line is "Lupin on Scape" wich i think is one of the best versions...
I was looking for Goemon, Gijen, Fujiko and Zenigata now... but i don't know wich versions are better...
I think Jigen from Castle of cogliostro is a must.. but what about the others? Zenigata is only one version avaiable? and how many versions of Goemon has been realised?

Thank you so much for your help!
Here's some pics of my Lupin on Scape! emoticon

First, welcome to Mediworld Habi! Thanks for the Lupin picture! The figure looks cool and cool stand too! I may have to invest in one of these!

As for Goemon, there are at least two versions. I have the Cagliostro version which I think is the best based on the head sculpt. He comes with a big round hat as well.

Hi [sign in to see URL] to MediWorld emoticon

yes Lupin "Escape" is really cool, i think the only Lupin figure that comes with the wall diorama/stand.

as of Goemon, i agree with [sign in to see URL] line is a better one compare to the stylish collection ver.
I have both, maybe i'll take a simple shot during the weekend just to show a different face sculpt, etc...

in regards to Zenigata, i think i just saw one ver from stylish collection (comes with 2x head sculpt)..
but i could be wrong, maybe there is another release for Zenigata in 1/6 form?? ^^

Thank you both for the welcome and the info!!

I was digging on the web and it seems Zenigata has only one version... and for the rest, "Castle of Cogliostro" line is the best...
Just as you said... and it's a shame, because all the others are around $100 and the only "CoC" figure i could find (Goemon) is $200 on ebay... And there's no trace of Jigen "CoC" version anywhere... emoticon

Cub3K i would love to see that pics of both Goemons!! emoticon

A grat picture i've found on the net!

Hi Habi, sorry always late to post [sign in to see URL] here we go a quick shots of 2x different version of goemon (left is Stylish Collection and right is Castle of Cagliostro):

Front pics:

Knife pics:

Back pics:

--Log in or sign up to see linked image content--

Hair pics:

--Log in or sign up to see linked image content--

Ankle pics:

--Log in or sign up to see linked image content--

so in here is the summary from my point of view:

1. Head sculpt: Stylish is more meaner than CoC ver but CoC is true to the movie sculpt.

2. Hair sculpt: Stylish has more line at the back of the head than Coc ver but CoC is true to the movie sculpt.

3. Samurai: Stylish is shorter and less wide than CoC ver.

4. Dress: CoC is better in everything ^^

5. Ankle sculpt: Stylish can only perform front and backward movement while CoC has additional left and right joint as seen on the pics (so better for posing)

6. Feet sculpt: Stylish is more the details than CoC ver. (well can't really see clearly the diff unless we take the pants up like i did with the shots)

Overall, should get the CoC version if you can only choose 1. emoticon

Hope that help a bit ^^

Hey cub3k thank you so much for the pics and the little Review/comparison...
I would say that i really like the headsculpt from the Stylish one.. that's the way i reemember Goemon...
So i think i'll try to get it... because the COC version is better in all the other ways, but i think not "Double Better", as they want to charge for it... if you know what i mean... the stylish version is running on $100 on Ebay and the CoC about $200...

Thanks again for the pics and that help me a lot to make a decision about Goemon!!

Hello Habi, welcome to Medi World. Another 12" Lupin enthusiast.
I'm an avid Medicom 12" Lupin collector as well but is taking it very slowly for this line. Have all the main characters but would also love to own Cogliosto version of Goemon and Jigen one day. Tell me about the inflated eBay prices LOL!

Haha!! cub3K, no worries on that. I'm still wondering how that picture go into the internet. I only remember posting once here in this forum. If you remember where you downloaded it, I would love to know the URL... Just curious only.

My only 1 regret is to pass off a Scuba Diver Lupin at an amazing price. I thought nobody would collect such stuffs in Singapore. Was about to go buy it after getting my next month's paycheck but when I do go back to the shop, it was gone emoticon
