Lupin III version 2.0
I bought Lupin off eBay a couple of weeks ago for a mere $50 (stop knockin the 'Bay, guys!) and got him today! He's great! Not as articulated as a RAH (no double joints at the knees or arms), but looks really faithful to the source material.
The body is very thin.
Not much in way of accessories, but they're great. He has a Walther pistol, an extra hand, and an extra head laughing face vs. smirk. His outfit, the shoes, pants, fit him spot on perfect.
He is based on the TV series, not the "Castle of Cagliostro" movie.
My only issues are that the shoes are a light shade of brown, and man, he has really hairy hands (hair painted on).
Pics definitely to come!

Re: Lupin III version 2.0
Cool! I seldom venture out from the "Real Action Hero" section of this forum hence tends to missed out good posting in other sections.
You mentioned this is a Ver2, how different is the body - in terms of articulations - as compares to the earlier released? I find that the articulations on older Lupin figs to be a little stiff.
And comparing my Capt Harlock which also has a slim type body, Capt Harlock's bod seems to have tons of improvement over Lupin's. I just hope Lupin V2 will have the same type of body as Harlock's. Any truth in it?

Re: Lupin III version 2.0
Sorry Porkins, I don't have Harlock to fairly compare. All I can say is that this body is VERY nice. See this one compare to earlier releases? This one doesn't have hunched shoulders. I don't know if this is the ultimate Lupin, but it's really great. That's why I want to see Hunter D's Cagliostro Lupin pictures, to see if that one is better. I know the Cagliostro Lupin also comes with a medieval mace.
Be sure to click the link a few posts above to see more pics of Lupin, he is very poseable and stands great.

Re: Lupin III version 2.0
Thanks Kaido for your input Actually I can tell from the poses you made with this Lupin that the body medicom used here is much superior than the one they used on the earlier Lupin batch.
And the fact that it can now stand on its own without the need of a doll stand is already an achievement. My Lupins CANNOTdo without the stand if it want to stand LOL!!
